I couldn't come up with a better name for today. I stepped on the scale as I intended to. I thought about skipping it but then I figured, if I skip it, I won't have a baseline for December. So, the dreaded scale.
I am hoping that this gain is just from water weight. The past few days have been going better. I have been being more conscious about my choices. I haven't cut out any foods or anything but trying to be more mindful. I haven't had soda since Saturday. I have been drinking more water. I didn't get enough veggies and fruits yesterday but this is a work in progress. I did get in two glasses of green tea yesterday as well which is good. (Trent - did you do this too?)
My goal on December 31st is still 145. I am hoping that I can lose the 4.4 pound fairly quickly if they are water weight and therefore the 145 goal is much more attainable. I didn't measure today because I didn't have time but I will do that this week too just to get a baseline for the month.
Breakfast was a yogurt & banana.
Snack will be grapes.
Lunch will be two slices of pizza.
Snack will be coleslaw and carrots.
Dinner will be a crock pot meal of ground turkey, diced tomatoes, velveeta and rice. I think it will turn out okay. I hope so since it's just a bunch of stuff that I threw together.
