Chugging along

I'm tracking and finding ways to fit exercise into most days. The scale isn't reflecting that but I have found the thought of exercise less overwhelming. I find myself watching infomercials on exercise programs (P90x and Insanity). Instead of changing the channel right away, I start to wonder if I could survive one of those workouts.
