- 63 minutes. I'm sticking with this machine for the week. I'm experimenting with this machine versus the treadmill with inclines. Just to see if either makes a difference in my weigh-ins. I am loving using my kindle while I workout. It really helps keep my eyes off the timer and with the ipod I keep pace well. Before I know it I'm almost half-way through my workout before I take my first glance at the timer. It also helps me keep my eyes off the eye candy too
I did well with my eating plan yesterday. However, I caved when it came to cooking last night. I had a bad headache when I left work yesterday ... BUT I still went and got my 60 minutes in. By that time I was like lets lay me down... So I got something on the way home. BUT I stayed within my spark calories and had 239 calories to spare.
So here's onward to day #2. Oh yeah it helps when you have a good book to read on your e-reader to keep you focused. I FINALLY decided to read Steve Harvey's 2nd book. I just saw the movie from the first book. I really need this advice now in my life... and God always knows what we need when we need it. It's time to do what I know I needed to do. So far it's a great read. I'm only in the 3rd chapter so.....
