I like to make challenges... and then blog about them. And sometimes I forget to keep blogging about them. Then I like to start again. LOL


My December challenge is to exercise DAILY AND (+/-) blog about it! I am proud that I exercised this morning. I used to love love love morning exercise... but then I started having a lot of trouble waking up early because I work so late... and need my sleep! Last night I went to bed early-ish and got up at 6 something to go running. I am proud!

Dec 1 = My rest day, went out and danced (for fun) with the girls
Dec 2 = Danced and burned ~900 calories! :-D I LOVE to dance!
Dec 3 = Spin bike + treadmill for ~30 mins
Dec 4 = TODAY [ Woke up an ran 20 mins on the treadmil at 6 am.]

  I've actually met and exceeded my goal of getting under 150 lbs. Now, to get to145 and I'm not blowing it by celebrating with food. I love how I look and feel. Dancing, you go,girl! Do YOU! My schedule is Zumba,Mon-Wed-Fri, emoticon Insanity,Tues, C.O.R.E.Thurs and Sat, emoticon Sunday is my day of rest! emoticon emoticon
