I am still in the process of finding at what weight I should maintain. I used to be able to maintain a weight for long periods of time, even when I had a few days off the wagon. Now it seems that just one day of eating extra or missing a work out can mean extra weight at the end of the week. At 5' 4" I feel real good at 160 to 164 but this is considered overweight. Who are these weight Nazi's anyway?
