Good morning :)
Quick update:
I didn't reach my first goal of 199lbs by December 1st. I'm disappointed since I haven't budged from 200lbs in about a week even though I'm working out and eating well. I did spend less time being active last week do to major back pains. My back feels better now so things are in full-swing again.
I'm not too down about not reaching my goal because I know I'll get there. The goals are simply there for motivational purposes. I'm a slow loser and I've come to accept that.
