First Goal = Not Reached

Good morning :)

Quick update:

I didn't reach my first goal of 199lbs by December 1st. I'm disappointed since I haven't budged from 200lbs in about a week even though I'm working out and eating well. I did spend less time being active last week do to major back pains. My back feels better now so things are in full-swing again.

I'm not too down about not reaching my goal because I know I'll get there. The goals are simply there for motivational purposes. I'm a slow loser and I've come to accept that.

    Don't worry! It'll come off eventually if you keep working at it like you are! It's a bummer not to make a goal but try to just push on. You're doing great!

    Sounds like you are really close and keeping a good attitude! I am having trouble getting through a plateau too. Good luck and keep it up!

    Same here. I have even decided to do more exercise in an attempt to get the weight to budge, but doesn't seem like it's getting me anywhere. I was totally hoping to be under 170 by December, but I keep landing just over 170... it is starting to be frustrating... but I'll keep pushing on because regardless of whether the weight is dropping, I am living a healthy lifestyle and that is more important anyway
