My Motivation for Today

Today is the last day of BLC 20 and I have now lost 6 pounds and 7 inches in the last 12 weeks. I am so grateful for the SP members who spend their time to arrange these challenges. They are so helpful to give me the push I need. I was hoping to lose more this week, but that is not how I lose. So I will be happy with what I have achieved.
I am going to focus more on what I am eating, since I seem to have exercise mastered. If I don't exercise, I don't feel right, and look for ways to exercise.
