Since Sunday, I've been evaluating my eating using the Weight Watchers model. This has been really useful for me, and really highlights that I am way too high on my carb choices (yeah, I just love my carbs!). WW results are really pushing the point: eat your vegetables!
I am enjoying this education, this new way of looking at things. It's perked up my health and fitness journey. 2 days into this, and on the high end of my daily calories, I am in jeopardy, because I only have 2 WW points left to the weekly cushion of points they give a person and with 5 days to go to the end of the week. Time to focus on fruits and vegetables.
Got a lot of client work done yesterday
Do what is necessary to stay On Plan, including WW Trial Plan
Client work.....LOTS of it

Walked 100 minutes today; 5.6 miles
