So I'm making my resolutions now that I have to get on sparkpeople at least three times a week. When I am responsible for reporting my progress I do so much better. I took a small three week break and gained 6 lbs back. Kind of frustrating but I did that to myself. Kept eating those cookies and candy. So I"m back on track, whenever I think chocolate I need to drink water and breathe and think of something else. :) Here we go!!!!!
