No exercise yesterday, unless you count hoovering, sorting out the empty fish tank, general tidying and doing battle with the duvet and cover (I lost, Ken had to sort it). It was too darn cold to go outside, I was not feeling the cycling love and it was very very icy out. I really didn't want to take my roadie on the road and, at the moment, I can't get to my Mountain Bike without help and Ken was out.

I would like to get out on my MTB later today. Ken has a hospital appointment so we might cycle to it, along the main (gritted) road. The MTBs have a lot more grip, tyre wise than the roadie does.

I have been super super good for a week now and tracked my food and have not been over 1500 calories, I have exercised and had a lot of low fat but filling soup. I am no lighter according to my scales but I am not sure that they work as I got on them this morning and they said that I weighed 15 stone 7lbs emoticon and there is no way that's right. I took them out of the bathroom and put them on the kitchen floor (tiled, not carpeted) and they said 13stone 6lbs, better but it means that my weight hasn't budged down but has gone up 2lbs. I am doubley sure its not right as my clothes are looser and its not me putting on muscle. I'll go to Boots or somewhere and get weighed as my scales are pants. That'll teach me for getting cheap ones.

Onwards into a day of 2 1/2 hours of dog walking.
