Bad food day yesterday - I ate over my planned limits so I had to change my planned dinner to more of a snack to keep within my limits.
Mostly I did stick to slightly healthier over eating by binging on fruit rather than cake but it was still over eating. Yesterday my mood dipped - I don't know what triggered it but as a result I sat around not doing much except eating rather than being active.
I stood on the scales at work though and I have lost around 1kg this week so that did cheer me up a bit.
Today I plan to go to Zumba class and to try to keep the mindset of this being a new day so not to feel guilty and beat myself up over yesterdays choices.
