Here's a little update about my first day of living according to my Almost-New-Year's-resolutions.
1) I was kind to myself and to my body: I only put healthy and nourishing foods in my body and started out at the gym not working out like crazy, but with a short rowing intervals workout and a moderately intense upper body workout. This means I have energy left to go to the gym again today.
2) I drank 10 glasses of water yesterday. Yay for me!
3) I had a serving of fruit/veggies with every meal and snack yesterday: a handful of spinach, an apple, half a red bell pepper, a banana, a lot of green beans and a pear.
4) I went to the gym and remembered I actually enjoy working out.
I am prepared to stick to my resolutions so I can start 2013 happy, healthy and fit!
