Rough weekend

So, I went to see Susan my dietian ( She is one of the perks of my job as I work for a large Gastro group and we have a dietian on staff) on Friday, I'm officially down 18 pound since I started on Nov 5. I'm pretty happy with this number. Of course, I'm smart enough to know that the weight is not going to continue to come off as fast. But that's ok. As happy as I was when I left Susan's office I still had a rough weekend! I'm hoping it was only because I'm about a week out from starting, because I had the craziest cravings this weekend! And what I'm about to say,please know that I say it with my head hanging low and ashamed of myself. I gave into the cravings and had what I wanted! I know, I know you don't have to say anything, I was upset with myself for doing it. But at least I did not lie and I did track every bad thing I put into my mouth!! lol But today was a new day and I got right back on track today!! I even passed up Chick Filet that a drug rep brought us for lunch. ( only ate a garden salad with no dressing and bunch of fruit). And I did go out tonite and walk and run going just alittle longer then I have been. So here's hoping that I stay as good the rest of the week as I was today!     Good going on getting back and track and also tracking all your food on a bad day..I usually give up and quit counting calories and just call the day a flop. So emoticon emoticon
