November was not a disappointment, but a learning experience. I've learned what I am currently doing is not working for me. Oh why, oh why is it hard to lose weight? Guessing the majority of us on this site have the same plea. So, will be recalculating and readjusting what I am doing.
1) I am spending too much time here. This will be adjusted to just focus on what works. I won't care too much about points as about interactions and fitness minutes.
2) My food intake? Seems I lose the most when I am not as strict with calorie counting. Will be taking it easy in that area as well.
3) Will continue with the resting days.
