hmm... the pillow idea is gr8. How 'bout a few body pillows & one to wedge between your legs to cushion them from each other when you want to sleep on your side? Or... why not wear the thing during the DAY & NOT at night? Seems logical that you NEED to brace the leg during ACTIVE hours anyway. Got lots of pillows? I would try lying on my back with pillows on either side of the cast. Might need an extra pillow to elevate your head. Try listening to some nice music to get to sleep or take any meds that they might have given you. Good luck!! 1777 days ago
