I am really happy to be running 3 days a week consistently again. I ran 9 moles on Sunday..very pleased! I am still eating too much. I am not happy about being 196 lb again. In may I was happy to see 174. So here I go again. Moving forward with healthy choices.
Goals for week one : drink 100 oz water daily
Clean greens drink once a day
Ill start with two things!!
