After starting the month totally out of track and no work outs (because I got sick) today I got to get back on track.
Got to eat enough of everything (not that many veggies and fruits servings but I will buy more as soon as I can). Drunk my water.
I'm so glad I could work out today. I did went kinda slow on it since I just recovered from being sick but still felt good.
Tomorrow I think I might go for a 20 min treadmill instead of 30 let's see.
