BLC Break Program Plan

As part of the weekend challenge, I need to set forth my plan for the break between BLC20 and BLC21:

Fitness
-Continue with my M/W/F 40 min cardio workout
-Continue with my Tu/Th 30 min ST workout
-Add in a 'social' 30-40 minute walk once a week
-Resume my 16-18 mile bicycle ride once a week

Nutrition
-Continue tracking daily as I consume food. . even the last meal of the day
-Stay in range 6 days per week
-Learn more about 'clean eating' and how I can include in my meal plan

General
-Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps each day
-Chat on the Copper Cougars and Azure threads daily
-Start to use one of those DVDs that have been sitting on the shelf for years

Now, it's out there for everyone to know. . .and I hope you'll help to keep me accountable to this plan.
