Pushing through it

I am feeling soooooo tired and way less motivated then I was on days 1 and 2. Work has got me wanting to strap myself to my pillow the moment I walk in the door. Nevertheless, I am about to push through the 30 Day Shred Workout, at least level 1, and the Team Nonstop goals. I logged on here and decided to stick to my guns about my commitment to get lean and toned . Here we go.
