Today I have not made good food choices at all. I had very good intentions when I left for work today but got over hungry and grabbed a very unheathly choice ( not going to tell you what because to embarressed) then had lunch and got back on track with a lean cusine.
unfortunately by my last break I again made a VERY bad food choice. Then by dinner because I felt I had "screwed up" already today I completely over ate for dinner.
I did make myself do 15 minutes of wii fit just to keep myself in check with my goal of doing at least 10 minutes everyday.
Tomorrow is a new day and I have plans to get back on track...eating more servings of fruits and veges is my new goal. I find having goals works for me, I guess its because I'm competitive. LOL
