I only have time for a short entry. The topic is how to stay on track during the holidays. I recently wrote a list of goals to stay on track. A week later, I can see that some are easy to do and some much harder.
I am an emotional eater, and keep thinking that food will make things better. So I commit to finding other ways to deal with my emotions rather than food. There are many resources here on SP, as well as ones I know.
