So I woke up this morning took BF to work and came home and took a nap. Woke up made Chicken and dumplings for the boys dinner, and I did Jillian Michaels Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, pushups, and hamstrings curls with the ball. Oh and my ball has a weighted bag of sand in it..lol I went to work and had a pretty good day and came home to one dumpling and some chicken stew lol I guess the boys were hungry.
All in all I had a good day just a lil wound for sound right now.
