Update: DD did not have a fever this morning, although she is losing her voice, poor thing! But well enough to go to school today so I am going to run out and do some Christmas Shopping while I can! :-)

    K - 25 mins treadmill 3.5 mph/10% incline

I almost didn't do it. Felt better after:)

    5 core strengthening exercises ....I can feel that those side bends with the 10 pound weights are getting steadier and easier and I have more flexibility, tonight I threw in a plank just for fun = 21 minutes

    Today I did 25 mins on the mini trampoline and walked the dogs for 15 mins. Hope your daughter gets well soon.

    Ok, done for today 15 minutes dance workout. Loved it, hope to have time for more today but not holding my breath - too much on the list. I'll try for some pics this week.

    Thank goodness on the fever! I was nervous last night, because Kate voluntarily went to bed early, with a bad headache, but she's fine this morning thank goodness! As for the challenge, you're obviously a great captain and keeping everyone motivated!

    Good to hear her fever is gone, sorry about the voice going. Stay well yourself - you are doing so much for so many people, remember to take care of yourself as well!!

I had a late start and only did a yoga session - I need to get back to doing the extra video again!

    Sorry for the kids being sick. Boo! Feeling bad is not so happy :(

I walked 25 minutes total yesterday.

Today, I'm going in for the carotid artery test (I *think* that includes being shot full of radiology dye and them sort of watching how it goes through) THEN a stress test, which will include at least 10 minutes of RUNNING (which I'm not supposed to do for spine but the option was CHEMICAL stress, shooting me full of cocaine or whatever; I chose warmup-walking to running).

    I'm so impressed you manage to do all of this stuff and keep us all posted to. Thank you for adding this to your obviously busy schedule. I'm actually not looking forward to the end of our challenge. What's next?

Extra walk to recycle bins with bags of papers - get rid of it before it accumulates over long holidays (our end of year/summer break - about 6weeks) when the school closes the bins
