Day 3: 30 days of 10 minutes or more workouts

Did you ever notice how hard it is to workout for 10 minutes a day, I do! It is so weird to be working out and trying to sneak in 10 minutes here and there when I can sit in front of a computer for 10 minutes or more or watch mindless tv in the time that I am wanting to workout. 10 minutes is approximately 3 songs on your iPod and I am finding it hard to sneak it in here or there.
But I am finding the time, even though it is hard. This is just a busy time period for my job, but it is also one of those time periods that I tend to lose the momentum in the progress that I am trying to make. So I am taking each day, one day at a time. Motivating and encouraging myself to "Get back to basics" I will get there and I will be a better looking, feeling and healthier version of me.
