The Ticker

I didn't record my weight for a couple of weeks. I just get so, frustrated dealing with my weight. One day It seems as if, I have all the will power in the world and the next I feel like giving up. Who cares if, I'm fat. Ok, off topic. The reason I'm blogging is because I'm happy to see the ticker moving in a positive direction. I've been stuck for months watching those around me sticking to their weight lost plan as I struggle along. Seems as if, I found every pound that the people around me lost. So, it was just good to see something good happening .

    i realized i need to weigh once a week so i can remind myself of my goals. i like being able to buy clothes that flatter me instead of feeling life they are sausage casings ready to burst. i just have to keep working a little at a time.
