Yesterday I had my record # of steps. I had 12,922 steps and 11 flights of stairs. I worked at the hospital and then I took 2 of my children to the Wilton christmas walk. Then I went on the tour of homes with my husband. I didnt even try to get that many steps it just happened. I was so tired after work I would have stayed home but I didnt want to disappoint my girls so I went. Then I walked instead of driving from place to place because I ran into my walking buddy while I was there. Then I went on the tour of homes because I love looking at beautiful decorations at Christmas time. I had a great time! I got my exercise and I wish Id taken pix for you! We also went on a horse and carriage ride! The weather was great for Iowa in the 60s so we were comfortable. Its a wonderful Life! emoticon

Hello Karen from the midwest. I am from Missouri! We are neighbors!!

Yes, exercise is just about moving your body. Way to go. I love my new fitbit tracker, too. It is so fun to see how many steps I take each day now. All the other fun stuff it tracks, too. emoticon
