Just a quick update and hello.
Hope the holidays are going well so far. I just drank...a skinny version of eggnog I made up!
Almond milk
A couple of drops of eggnog extract (I have also used sugar free eggnog syrup)
Stevia
Not completely the same, but a skinny facsimile! I WILL drink the real, full calorie version, but trying to put it off as long as possible.
I was THRILLED to lose 2 lbs in November, even with Thanksgiving. I ate a lot for a few days, but planned to balance that out by cutting back a lot the week after, and doing a lot of extra exercise the last couple of weeks, including Thanksgiving. I plan to tackle this month the same way. I no longer think that I will reach my normal BMI of 173 this year, but 2 more lbs and I will have lost 20 lbs this year, which would bring me to a total of 57 lbs since the beginning of 2011...and that is possible. We'll see. After losing weight in November, I think that I can do it again, if my body cooperates!
There is a lot of stress right now, won't get into it all now, but I am moving this month after Christmas within the building (will explain about that decision later) and lots of stress with stuff going on with my SO. Happily, it is all acting like an appetite suppressant!
