So prompted by my recent weigh in, I was curious about my other numbers. I've lost 3" off my hips and waist, 1.5" on my neck, 2.5" off my thighs, 1.5" off my upper arm and 1" off my calf. So 20lbs looks like 11.5"off my body. I want that to be my motivation going forward.
So my dinner tonight was 1cup broccoli, and a scramble sandwich. 2 slices wheat bread (no butter) with a egg scramble (egg whites, onions, red peppers, corn, 1 oz ham and 2tbsp cheddar cheese). I know it's a completely random type of meal but I'm trying to get rid of stuff from my fridge.
I don't know how my numbers compare to years before, but I know I'm at my lowest weight in 5 years, and probably 10. I'm actually looking forward to going home for the holidays and comparing my weight now, to high school.
