I did the Peak10 Fit Test yesterday. It is a series of 10 moves that you do for a full minute and try to get as many in as you can. My heart rate was up there, it was a great workout!
Here's my scores:
1. Prisoner Squats: 55
2. Alternating Front Lunges: 44
3. Burpies: 25
4. Tuck Jumps: 77
5. Push-ups: 30 (on knees)
6. Ankle grabbers (form of a sit up): 19
7. Sit-outs: 30
8. Plank to frog: 30
9. Fence Hoppers: 65
10. Side lunge to jump shot: 36
They have you do the Fit Test again in 8 weeks (at the end of the program), so I will post those results then to see what the improvement is. I think that this is going to be a great program! I love that it combines weights with cardio, so that the workouts can be done in less than an hour (well, one is 64 minutes). I will keep you all updated!
