I LOVE reading blogs when somebody GET'S it!
And I think it's
when somebody finds a new way to do something that they like to do but in a healthier way. (ie., new recipe)
After all, that's what it's about. Retraining. Reprogramming.
Not just losing weight and gaining it back again.
If I keep on doing what I've always been doing, am I not going to repeat my bad habits & decisions again and again?
I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to learn to do it right.
I have the the right plans, the right tools, and all the support I could ever want.
I'm doing this for me, cos I really like feeling good.
I'm keeping the SPARK alive!
