Yesterday was a real good day. I slept in, then went over to Snap Fitness at noon, and did over 11 miles on the dreadmill, while watching the Packers game. It's a good way to distract myself. Since I didn't eat much in the morning, I also stuck well within my calorie goals.
I didn't run today, because 11 miles, but I've stuck with the eating plan. I'm feeling OK.
