LIve fit day 36- Back

Well I made it through the workout today and it was a good day. I also got my new scale and I am so excited about it. I played with it and got it all programmed for my personal use- can't wait to weigh in tomorrow.
I did a five minute cardio warm up on the ARC trainer- then I did the following exercises
Wide grip overhand pull up- 3 set of 10
Bent over Barbell rows- 3 set of 10
Seated Cable Rows- 3 sets of 10
Wide Grip Lat Pull Down- 3 sets of 10
ONe Arm Dumbbell Rows- 3 sets of 10 each arm
Hammer Strength Lat Pull Down- 3 sets of 10
Hyperextensions- 3 sets of 10 (holding ten pound weight)

I am trying to figure out how to work in the workout tomorrow because it is a busy day but I need to do it and I know that if I work it right I can. So I am staying focused on the goal and doing my very best.

    How do you like sets of 10? Personally - I love it!! It's more challenging! Just have to remember sometimes that if you're not uncomfortable, it's not doing anything!

    Way to go kicking out that back routine. Back is my favorite:) I am off to do shoulders and abs in 3...2...1!
