There is a lot going on this month: My dad's birthday, it will be the 2nd birthday without him here. There's my parents anniversary that would have made 32 years married. There's my hubby's & my 8th year anniversary. Then there's Christmas & new years. Talk about a packed month...
1) I am going to pick healthy choices & portions.
2) Continue to workout 5-6 days a week, doing at least 30 minutes a day.
3) I am going to meet my 1000 fitness minutes this month.
4) To live, laugh, and love!
5) To find opportunities to help others.
6) To be balanced in all areas of life
7) To lose weight instead of gaining it. At least 2-4 lbs.
