I think I've got the hang of this thing. . . dieting. No, make that eating nutritionally, the better way.
The more I eat just regular food, plain whole fresh food, not processed nor made with extra additives, I CAN lose weight!! And the food really tastes good and fills my tummy. Glad that almonds are good for us. I love to hear the crunch and love that flavor. Now that I believe and see that it works, I know that I will be successful.
