emoticon Well started out for a walk and only got about 679 steps when my good foot starts to hurt. Guess what, I find when I take my shoe off. I spy a big blister on the ball of my foot, lucky me... But, that's ok I still got in 679 steps and I'm going to row for 10 minutes on the weight machine, then 15 minutes of sweeping the house and I'm going to put up the Christmas Tree. No ornaments, I'll save those for tomorrows exercise. I do have a new Spark Friend his name is Matt, I just love how honest he is on his blog. Let me just say this, he writes mostly for himself. He is straight forward and very blunt. So if you can't take tough love, don't go there. Just saying. I find him to be quite refreshing. Because I needed to be reminded to be honest with myself, completely honest. About what I eat, how much I exercise and that it really is about choice. That after all is lost (weight) we have to accept that to be healthy and to stay that way, we really do have to except that it is a way of life.
No matter how or why we got that way. And if we need professional help to get healthy then we also need to recognize that also. That is why Matt's blog is so different, he admits his faults and has owned up to them. He has reached his goal and now he needs to maintain and he does this by using his blog and revisiting why we got to where we were to begin with. By reading his blog, it helps me to be more honest and more excepting of myself. I now also that it is not going to be easy, that I have to want to be healthy. And I have Matt to thank for that. I just want to say Thanks Matt for doing a great job BLOGGING ;-)

Thanks for sharing! I love the way you've found different ways to exercise after your first attempt was thwarted. And you're absolutely right about Spark Friends - they certainly do teach us a lot!
