This is actually the first time I've eaten exactly 1200 calories for the day. I've gone a little above and a little below but today is the first time I hit the nail right on the head. My week plan is to burn 500 calories per day; I've burnt 466 and about to do just 10 minutes on the stationery bike will put me at my goal. Keep sparking Sparkers!!!!!
