Recovering from Thanksgiving

Monday, December 03, 2012

When I weighed in at the doctor's office last week I was appalled to see that I had gained three pounds. I chalked it up to Thanksgiving, salty snacks on the plane and being out of my exercise routine.

Today when I weighed in I have lost almost all of the excess weight from one day's gorging and five days' visit with family. Only 1/2 pound up from where I was before the holiday.

We can do this!
