Goals for week of 12/3/12

I'm making a commitment to myself that I am going to stick to the plan in hopes of losing 10 lbs by 12-31-12.

1. No hamburgers, fries and pop of any kind!
2. Workout 4x this week for a minimum of 30 minutes
3. No more pity parties!! Time to look ahead at my bright future.

I know my list isn't long, but it will be challenging because when I'm stressed I crave burgers and fries (my comfort food). I know I can do this... I WILL do this!!

    I like your short term goals but the 10lbs may be a little tough...especially if done in a "healthy" way. Even if you only lost 4lbs that would be ideal.

If you decide to have a burger/fries, make them at home that way you can select the leanest beef or ground turkey and control the seasoning such as salt. The same goes for fries....try baked sweet potato fries instead.

    emoticon nice goals...even if you don't get 10 lbs off(which is doable), you have set some realistic goals that are very attainable...

    10lbs in a month? I had gastric bypass and only lost 9lbs in a month. It is definately doable without distractions. Remember the healthy average is 1-2 pounds per week. I know you can lose the burgers and fries and working out more will help. emoticon emoticon

    If you're not doing any burgers or fries, neither will I! We can do this and we WILL do this. As a matter of fact, we are in the process of doing it right now! Let's go, lady...

    emoticon You know you can do this! Just take it one day at time. If you get stressed just push harder during your workouts. Last week my boss really pissed me off- I went into the bathroom and actually did punches in the mirror emoticon Crazy but I felt great afterwards emoticon

    I was craving hamburgers and fries too today. I made some healthy burgers at home. Cheaper and better that way. Still not making it an everyday thing though. :)
