Goals for week of 12/3/12

I'm making a commitment to myself that I am going to stick to the plan in hopes of losing 10 lbs by 12-31-12.
1. No hamburgers, fries and pop of any kind!
2. Workout 4x this week for a minimum of 30 minutes
3. No more pity parties!! Time to look ahead at my bright future.
I know my list isn't long, but it will be challenging because when I'm stressed I crave burgers and fries (my comfort food). I know I can do this... I WILL do this!!
