1. I hope I can loose another 5 lbs this month.
2. Loose 1-2 increases from my waist/hips.
3. Be more diligent about measuring my food consumption.
4. Stay away from cheese at least on days when I eat a meat for my main entree at dinner.
5. Do more mindful eating!
6. Engage God in my weight loss effort.
I hope to meet at least 3 or more of these by the end of this month.
