Ok, I've been super busy so this might be short. I am supposed to write down what I will do this break to keep at my weight or hey even lose a pound or 2. That would be awesome!
1. My biggest problem is shopping and planning. I have not been keeping up with this as well as I should. If I shop and buy the right food I eat better. When I procrastinate or don't shop well then I resort to quick and easy. So shopping for veggies and cooking and planning have to be my number 1 priority!!!
2. Walk at least 5 out of 7 days. I need to put in at least 30 minutes of walking 5 times a week. I have been more lax about this recently. Not feeling my best but really have to put this as a priority.
3. track each and every meal. I have a tendency to track stuff when it is easy. When it is not something I normally eat well I guestimate or maybe even forget the tracking. So this has to be something I do.
4. reevaluate: this is my time to reevaluate where I am and where I want to be. Am I pushing myself hard enough? what can I change to get better results?? I might not be changing anything this month but want to use the time to consider where I am now compared to where I have been. It has been almost 3 years since I began my journey. I feel farther from my goal now then I have in a long time. What did I quit doing? What can I do? Am I satisfied? you get the picture. Going to use this break to consider and reevaluate so when the new challenge starts I will be ready to go and ready for some results.
This is a very stressful time for me anyway. I stress about a lot of stuff. I end up sleeping less because I wake up in the middle of the night worrying. Not sure why this time of year effects me like this. But I am going to try to be positive during this next 6 weeks.
