My plan for the BLC Xmas break

BLC 20 is coming to a close and boy did the time just fly by. So far I have lost a little over 6 lbs, which is 1/2 lbs a week. Not as good as I had hoped, but it is what it is, and I really don't want to undo all that in the next 6 weeks. So, I need a plan and here it is.

1. My big thing is nutrition. I start eating right, then putter out after a few days. I need to track on spark and pay attention to my calorie range. I don't have to be at the low end every day, but I shouldn't be over everyday either.

2. Fitness. I have so many dvd that I can rotate through, and an hour of TKD 2 days a week helps also. I also, weather permitting need to get back into running. It's been 2 weeks because of constant rain, and a bad head cold, so hopefully I haven't lost all that I have accomplished there.

3. Keep in touch with my Sapphire team. These girls are the best. They keep you on your toes, and kick your butt when you need it.

Hopefully paying close attention to what I'm eating and exercising, I can start BLC21 lighter than when I left.
