Getting from here to there

Being a visual person helps me to understand things better.
I'm going to use the visual of a bridge that I need to have strong to get be from the end of BLC/CAMO20 to BLC/CAMO21.
Standing at the end of round 20 I need to have in place certain beams to get me over the chasm of the weeks until BLC/CAMO21 starts.
These beams are basic and my I CAN DO THIS TODAY plan:
1) drink water like a wild woman!
2) eat something within an hour of waking
3) eat every 2-3 hours
Adding to these to keep the bridge stronger are
4) ST 3 times a week
5) CARDIO 3 times a week
6) get at least 7 hours of sleep
7) be accountable to my team as often as possible (every day is the goal!)

These things will keep me CAMO strong!
