AFTER BLC 20

It won't just be a break for me this time. I will be leaving the group. I have gained so much from the CAMO Crew. But right now it's important for me to focus on my job and work/life balance.
I'm going to continue my daily 45 minute dog walks with my husband and 35 minute runs 3 times per week.
I'm going to add strength training twice a week starting this week. I really notice the difference if I don't strength train.
I've started eating Paleo and I will commit to doing that all the time going forward. I think I have identified my food intolerances and feel that Paleo eating will make me feel better and help me lose weight.
I will miss BLC and CAMO, but I am feeling good about where I am right now.
