I haven't been blogging as much, but I have been diligent with my diet. Tracking, getting my ranges, and getting my activity... I'm THERE. And I have lost most the fluff I had quckly put on, and am almost back where I was, to the nitty gritty. The Fitbit Zip has been a great help and motivator. Getting those 10,000 steps a day has made me a regular on the treadmill. I don't know why it is easier to think in terms of steps than minutes, but it is working. Yesterday I ended up having to do almost an hour on the treadmill to get my steps; Friday I only had to do 15 minutes. The important part is I am getting the activity, which has always been my biggest struggle. Anyways, got a run. Hope you all are well, and have a great week!
