I started smoking again!!! I know, how did I let this happen, I have got of my diet and exercising. I feel so horrible, and now fibromyalgia has hit my body hard and I can barely move my right arm. And I am in pain. I have been taking 2 extra strength ibuprophen. Anyway now I will have to start all over again. But I will have to wait until this attack is over. I feel so ashamed and just down right horrible. But while I am laid up I got a book on exercisng that I can read until then. I asked for a rowing machine for christmas.
