My tendonitis isn't getting any better. I'm using the RICE method on my feet, and I'm trying to keep off my feet as much as possible. Of course, no one else in my life remembers this fact.

I am still taking dance classes, but I don't think I'll be signing up for them next semester. My feet are not healing, and I think the only way to do this is to take some time off and stay off my feet. I have to admit,taking ballet and then adding on tap with tendonitis can't have been a good idea - but I LOVE DANCE.

I guess I have to choose between health now and health later. I could keep going with dance and then do something serious to myself - or I could take some time off, heal, and see how I feel for next semester.

    think you know what you need to do .... just do a little practice time at home on occasions ... get better real soon .... dancing is just the greatest thing to do ... no matter what type it is .... Happy holidays to you .... Roc
