I've found that working out on the Total Gym (I posted a picture of it a few blogs back) is making a big difference in the abdominal area. The muscles have firmed up, appetite has gone down and metabolism is up all day. It's mainly the leg exercises that are changing the core/mid-section. I would say that the machine exercises are similar to doing squats. However, squats I've found are harsher (hurt the knees). Using the exercise machine is gentler & works.
Hope you all are able to get some exercise in. Even a little bit can make a difference.
