Well, I must say this injury has been really rough! I am trying to stay motivated. Exercise is obviously difficult unless I get really creative!
I have been somewhat succeeding in this. The difficult part is I am usually really active, and even though I do get in some exercise, the rest of the day is spent on the couch!
So on to goals for the break:
1. Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition!!
I want to really track what I eat, and try to stay on the lower half of my calorie range 3-4 days out of the week. This will help in my decreased activity level.
2. Strength Train
Abs, Shoulders, Back, Arms are all things I can continue to tone! Me and the floor are going to become good friends! I am shooting for 3 days out of the week here as well.
I need this from my team! I am going to stay active on the team threads, and participate as much as possible in any challenge given. I know this is a vital part of losing weight, as well as keeping it off FOREVER!
Me and the go nowhere bike have bonded! While I can't put any resistance on it, I can vary the speed. I am shooting for 60 minutes a day/6 days a week! This is a big goal for me!
