i will be glad to see the back of 2012. from the start i was in pain with my shoulder i was so i was so glad when i had my surgery in June. all through i did what exercize i could but nothing would make the scales move after the surgery e the only good thing with care ful eating i did`nt put any weight on only this month i am almost pain free, well almost but my right shoulder is going the same way, so here we go again..i am feeling more positive at the moment so i have made a new start for december, it is early days but i think it is working, if i lose 2 kilo this month i will reach the goal i set this time last year so i have`nt done too bad this year after all

    Keep pushing! I imagine working through shoulder surgery would be slow going. That's awesome that you have done so well with it! Hopefully your right shoulder stops hurting.
