I did make some changes and improvements in my life in November, here are my Dec goals ;)
*continue training for my half marathon :)
*water water water!
*some sort of excercise EVERYDAY
*more fruits & veggies
*less processed foods!
*NO fast food!
*more yoga :)
*smile more :)
*run my half marathon on Dec 30th :D
